The harvest of the Koroneiki olive fruit is done in the traditional way, laying cloths, beating, pruning and on the same day or the next day the fruit is transported to the olive mill. The shorter the time from harvesting to processing in the oil mill, the lower the acidity and the richer the aroma and taste of the olive oil. All bottles have the same constant quality, the characteristic taste and the unique aroma that characterizes our olive oil.
Without any use of herbicides during cultivation or coloring substances during standardization, the pure virgin olive oil comes to your plate exactly as it is produced in our village.
